St modwen homes
Working with St.Modwen Homes began in 2017 when we were asked to join an ongoing project to establish a new visual identity that they were previously lacking. This required a complete overhaul of their show home photography. In the first year we produced over 1400 new images from across 17 of their national sites. These were put to immediate use across their website and social media channels. Following an overwhelmingly positive reaction to the new photography St Modwen then further commissioned us to produce 15 show home videos over a 6 month period and also a promotional video of their satisfied purchasers. By working to intensively with St Modwen we quickly learned to understand the needs of their marketing department and they trusted in us to work independently on behalf of their brand.
